hm.. just a short entry
i am wondering
when the government want to impose Loan-to-Value to 70% only for the 3rd house onwards, it takes effect immediately.
i remember I got the news from the television somewhere around 8.00 pm, and the rules starts tomorrow.
But, when the government announced in the 2011 Budget last year that first home buyers will enjoy 100% loan, it is still not effected up until now.
No circulars from Bank Negara to any banks.. nothing.. up until now.
SO, why double standard?

hm.. that shows pak menteri hanya tau bercakap. but donno how to do it.
For#1 aku rasa to avoid manipulation, cuba bayangkan kalau kerajaan umumkan minyak akan naik 20 sen effective bulan depan... Apa jadi?
For#2 - gov kena spend money rite? Good or not for gov? Mcm kitalah jugak kalau boleh tak yah spend or delay the spending...
Just my opinion...
A leader doesn't have to think about how to do. A leader only provides the vision and his pack are supposed to think how and implement it.
Unfortunately, here, the follow up is either very slow, or not happening, and then the Malaysian public will forget about it, like the way we forget many things....
wakif, to avoid speculation tu betul. tp tgk la hasilnya? saper yg terhenti invest.. sipa yg tetap continue beli. sy dengar dah ada LTV pun, lelong punya bidding rancak jugak.
Haruki, yes, i think kalau ada pun, hujung 2011 baru terlaksana. First home buyer yg nak beli rumah dlm sebulan dua ni.. gigit jari je la dulu..
LTV-> richer become rich..
org yg baru nak belajar bertatih melabur dlm hartanah cmm kita?
first home buyer? tunggu la ye bila pekeliling nak keluar...
huhu tuh la..mmg double standard..
sitie, kerajaan kalau takde duit, rakyat didahulukan..
