Domain 3 @ Neocyber: types and built-up

Updates on Domain 3 @ Neocyber, which is now open for registration.

All pricing is not confirmed yet. But i just give projected price for us to make budget.

There are 4 types.

Type C: the smallest

- 550 sqft, studio unit.

-Just have compartment for kitchen and one bathromm.

-Pricing around 170K - 180K++

-only 30 units available

Type A: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom

- 601 sqft

- Price somewhere around 195K - 220K

- only 60 units available

Type F: 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom

- layout almost like Type A

- 601 sqft

- 201K - 210K

- positioned at the middle - so, feels like semi-D

Type B: 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

- 750 sqft

-price rm250K - 276K

- layout is similar to 2 bedrooms unit in Domain 2

- have 1 void area

- only 30 units available

Type E: 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

- 750 sqft

-price rm250K - 273K

- layout is also similar to 2 bedrooms unit in Domain 2

- no void area

- only 30 units available
